Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and write reports.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Meet state agency requirements, including criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a direct support worker is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals served.
• Assist with daily life activities.
• Ensure health and welfare of individuals.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation for individuals served as needed.
