Source of Hope is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community support. We are seeking dependable caregivers who can deliver compassionate, hands-on care in a supportive team environment.

You will help with daily living activities and follow care plans to ensure client safety and well-being. Starting quickly with both full-time and part-time schedules, the role offers ongoing training and the chance to make a real difference in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders (per care plan).
• Monitor well-being and report updates.
• Follow individualized care plans.
