Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Direct Care qualifications as required by Virginia Department of Social Services.
• Certification as a nurse aide issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing is preferred.
• Successful completion of a Virginia BON approved nurse aide education program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to promote independence for individuals residing in Fairview Home.
• Ensure residents’ health and safety needs are addressed as indicated in the ISPs.
