Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager for its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Sunbury, PA. The role focuses on day-to-day program oversight, staff supervision, and delivery of high-quality services to participants.

You will coordinate activities, manage a caseload when applicable, and collaborate with the Program Director to ensure program success and compliance with budgetary targets.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle report and criminal background checks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years IDD related experience.
• 1-3 year Supervisor / Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel including Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and termination.
• Oversee professional services and purchasing of required supplies with receipts reconciliation.
• On-call responsibilities for region and incident management in partnership with QA/Compliance.
• Understand labor rules including seniority, overtime, and contract interpretation where applicable.
• Client fund management, intake and distribution of medication, and training oversight.
• Oversee program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements.

Job Functions of the Program Manager role:

• Responsible for personnel management to include but not limited to; Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and, termination.
• Management of Professional services.
• Purchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.
• On-call responsibilities for region.
• Incident Management in partnership with QCO.
• When applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to; seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.
• Client fund management
• Intake and distribution of medication
• Oversight of team compliance of required trainings.
• Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements
