Delta-T Group, Inc. is seeking Direct Care Professionals in the Hummelstown/Harrisburg area to actively assist adults in a residential setting. Responsibilities include personal care, feeding, and mobility support, with lifting up to 60 pounds.

The position is offered as an independent contractor (1099) with competitive weekly pay up to 19/hr, premium holiday rates, and referral bonuses. Requires HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and state-mated screenings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Direct Support Professional, you will ACTIVELY assist adults and perform tasks including lifting (up to 60 pounds without assistance), providing personal care/hygiene (including bathing, adult diapering, toileting etc.) and feeding in the Hummelstown area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS

• 1st shift: 6:30am3pm (MondayFriday)
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm11pm (MondayFriday)
• Availability to work Every Other Saturday and Sunday required
• Double weekend shifts: 3pm7am on Saturdays & Sundays
• Double weekend shifts: 7am11pm on Saturdays & Sundays

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare documents: Physical and TB/PPD screening (within one year)
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Ability to complete and pass background checks
• Ability to complete client's required computer-based IDD trainings
• Resume- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required
