Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in the Taunton area. Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, rising to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Schedule includes weekends and overnights with option for part-time, full-time, or relief roles. No experience is required; we offer free on-the-job training, career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Criminal background check and driving record required.
• TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide daily living support and maintain a structured routine.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and medication distribution.
• Coordinate individual community outings and appointments.

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes

• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
