People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time and evening shifts in Fall River, MA and surrounding areas. Pay rates start at $21.00 per hour, with $22.00 per hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment.

Schedule includes weekends and evenings, with training provided and opportunities for growth. No experience is required; the organization offers extensive professional development, a supportive environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Qualifying background check and driving record; Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine including meal preparation, personal care, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Medication distribution and coordination of medical appointments as needed.

What Does the Job Entail?

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes
