What will you do as a Direct Care Professional?

A direct care professional at MRO works with patients in an adult group home/community living support setting. We primarily care for individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your duties will include performing housekeeping tasks, running errands, providing transportation, and performing basic home health care for clients. This care includes assistance with hygiene, bathing, feeding, medical monitoring, and other health-related tasks. One of our favorite parts of the job is making our residents smile. We love it at MRO, and we think you will too.

ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES WILL:

  1. Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  2. Have a valid driver’s license
  3. Submit to and pass a criminal background check
  4. Meet all pre-employment and training requirements

Job Types: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Note: 99% of all the people we support have been vaccinated.
