Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

As a Direct Care Professional, you will work with patients in adult group homes/community living settings, primarily caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your duties include housekeeping, errands, transportation, and basic health care such as hygiene assistance, bathing, feeding, and medical monitoring. We strive to create a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

Eligibility Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Meet all pre-employment and training requirements
