Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to provide compassionate in-home and community-based support in the Southcoast region, including Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Flexible shifts (2nd and 3rd) with both part-time and full-time options; no experience required, on-the-job paid training, and opportunities for growth within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to obtain background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license required; use of personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Meal preparation and assistance with medical appointments.
• Medication distribution and transportation to community outings.
• Assist with everyday tasks and accompany to community activities.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
