Job summary

Homes for Independent Living (HIL) in Sobieski, Wisconsin, is hiring a Direct Care Professional. You will ensure client well‑being, administer positive behavioral redirection, and assist with daily living activities per care plans.

Build rapport with clients, guardians, and staff while maintaining daily logs. The role offers full‑time and part‑time hours, competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, pickup overtime, PTO, a $2,000 referral bonus, and a full benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Compassion for client care and wellbeing.
