Homes for Independent Living (HIL) in Sobieski, WI is seeking a Direct Care Professional to ensure the health and safety of clients, assist with daily living activities, meals, and documentation. You will support clients, guardians, and staff and maintain positive relationships while following care plans.

We offer competitive hourly pay $14.00- $18.00 per hour, plus $1.00 hr second shift and $2.00 hr weekends, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k/ESOP, and 4 weeks PTO

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Compassion for client care and wellbeing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple duties and responsibilities.
• Consent to background check.
• Driver's license with 3 years of a clean driving record (preferred).

Responsibilities
