Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota is hiring caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings.

You will build relationships, assist with daily living, and work with supportive supervisors. Competitive pay at $17.46 per hour with full benefits, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off are available for full-time employees. Openings for full-time and part-time roles exist.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges or complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and promote participation in community activities.
