Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support seniors and individuals with daily living needs in Tryon, NC and nearby communities. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

We are hiring for all shifts — daytime, evening, overnight, weekdays, and weekends. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401K with company match, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• A caring, patient, reliable individual.
• Strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Support individuals with cognitive challenges such as dementia

We are currently hiring for all shifts — daytime, evening, overnight, weekdays, and weekends. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and provide medication reminders

• Offer companionship and engage clients in daily activities

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Support individuals with cognitive challenges such as dementia

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, patient, and reliable individual

• Must be 18+, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation
