Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Six months experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage participation in community activities.

Hire wage is $17 hourly

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.

Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled

Part Time

9a-2:30p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with 11a-7p every other weekend

2:30p-10p Monday, 9a-2:30p Friday, with 11a-7p every other weekend

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent , proof of education is required
