Based in a co-ed group home in Wappingers Falls, NY, the DSP role offers flexible full- and part-time schedules, weekend pay premium, and opportunities for advancement through specialized training in ABA and medication administration.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; dependable and compassionate.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Willingness to learn ABA basics and medication administration with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and instruction to clients.
• Assist with living environment, meals, and daily activities.
• Transport clients using company vehicles when needed.
• Support communication, community participation, and safety.
