Lifesteps is hiring a Part-Time Caregiver for Indiana. The agency provides programs and services to support those with special needs in living to their fullest potential.

Position Summary

The Residential Aide provides high-quality care to individuals, ensuring respect and dignity. The role involves enhancing the quality of life by assisting individuals to live and function as independently as possible in their homes and communities.

Position Details

This part-time position offers flexible schedules with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am. Part-time staff work 20-28 hours weekly.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
