Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment, respite, and community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Contracted evening shifts include Monday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and Wednesday 4:00 PM -

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
