LOCATION OF POSITION: MDH, Secure Evaluation & Therapeutic Treatment (SETT), Hagerstown, MD
The Potomac Center/SETT provides Direct Care Assistants with the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class, as well as paying for the initial application and renewal fees for their CNA license. This position is responsible for helping each resident served meet their personal outcomes, successfully completing all in-service training modules inclusive of classroom, demonstrated competencies, and Certified Nursing Assistant related tasks. Responsibilities include:

All staff at the Maryland Department of Health’s CMS certified health care facilities are required to receive either a first or single COVID-19 dose and provide proof of their vaccination status. Candidates will be required to provide proof of vaccination status or have an approved religious or medical exemption prior to appointment.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalence certificate.
Experience: Six months of experience in work assisting in the care, treatment, habilitation, or rehabilitation of mentally or physically ill patients, aged, or developmentally disabled clients. Note:
