Direct Care Aides - Full-time - Penn Hills

Join the caregiving team at Lifesteps in Pittsburgh, PA. Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is hiring compassionate staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential setting.

Position: Direct Care Aide (Caregiver)

Assist individuals with activities of daily living and home care, including:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning
• Grocery shopping
• Personal care (grooming, bathing)
• Medication administration
• Supporting individual goals
• Community outings and activities

Shift Options: Evenings (3 pm to 11 pm) or a combination of evenings and overnight (11 pm to 7 am). Part-time hours with flexible scheduling are also available. No experience necessary; paid training provided. Experienced professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
