Job summary

Lifesteps in Greensburg, PA is hiring Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting. This part-time role offers shifts from 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, or 11 pm–7 am and includes paid training with no experience required.

Qualifications

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Duties can include:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community Outings and fun activities
