What We’re Looking For
  • Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, OR
  • Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality
  • Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life
  • Recent graduates are welcome; we will provide training on our processes and culture

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being through daily interactions and encouragement.
  • Help with meal assistance, light housekeeping, and ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
