Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking dedicated residential support staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living skills, and accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from DPPC, DDS, and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Language Skills

Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
