Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating industrial process equipment.
• Proficiency in assembling complex mechanical systems.
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting, drilling, bending).
• Experience reading P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with SOPs and process operation basics (pressure, heat transfer, fluids).
• Familiarity with plant control systems or HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new rig builds for next‑gen carbon capture systems using P&IDs, drawings and 3D models.
• Monitor and adjust equipment parameters for automated and manual systems.
• Coordinate with engineers to perform experimental trials and collect high‑quality data.
• Conduct visual and analytical inspections as part of in‑process quality checks.
• Safely transfer chemicals between containers or systems using approved methods.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of equipment failures and support maintenance.
