The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus. We are minutes from Philadelphia and serve Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families, with programs on the main campus in Ambler, Pennsylvania, and satellite day hospital programs in Pennsylvania, Delaware County, and Chester County.

The Director of Counseling Services provides administrative and clinical leadership to the department. The Director is responsible for supervising the department's staff at Horsham Clinic in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and standards of the facility and level of care requirements. The position ensures that the department maintains a safe and therapeutic approach at all times and provides a model for service excellence and departmental development.

Job Duties

• Manage the clinical operations and oversight of 10 units, including child, adolescent, dual diagnosis, SPMI, and general adult populations
• Provide supervision to Bachelor's and Master's group therapists and certified addictions counselors
• Coordinate group schedules across the units
• Plan recreation and activities across the units
• Manage the schedule to maintain coverage for all units' therapeutic services
• Experience with Joint Commission, OMHSAS, DDAP standards required
• Professional license required
