Job Posting Title Dir Strategic Sales Partnership- REMOTEJob Description The Director of Strategic Sales Partnership is responsible for providing thought leadership and tactical guidance to the pharmacy team with a focus on driving client growth and retention through comprehensive market analytics and competitive intelligence. Provides senior leadership with crucial market insights used to establish pipeline management strategy. Serves as liaison and critical subject matter expert for sales, marketing, account management, product development, and key stakeholder’s enterprise wide.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for maintaining continuous oversight of market trends and competitive intelligence for the pharmacy organization.
  • Guarantees the organization has access to market intelligence, vets third party data vendors, manages relationships and secures database subscriptions.
  • Partners with key stakeholders throughout the RFP process to provide viable insights and recommendations that can be leveraged during the sales process.
  • Coaches team to leverage insights and data - serving to guide and set the sales organization’s strategy for retention and growth.
  • Develops and presents comprehensive market intelligence reports, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from multiple, relevant sources.
  • Collaborates with regional sales leads to assist in the identification of opportunities within local territories, providing detailed and actionable data and insights, aiding in pipeline development.
  • Leverages CRM system to develop visual aids for internal stakeholders in support of tracking towards sales goals and execution.
  • Spearheads research studies to assess market dynamics; including but not limited to the affordability of existing products, market trends and competition.
  • Oversees the collection of intelligence and conducts quarterly briefings to inform the organization of key events.
  • Builds and maintains collaborative internal relationships with peers and external relationships with vendors and select clients as needed.
  • Assists in broker/consultant and/or client meetings to provide market insights in support of client goals or growth objectives as needed

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Excellent industry/customer knowledge; with a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
  • Well versed in pharmacy market trends with an appetite to continuously learn.
  • Strong observational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into single cohesive reports.
  • Passion for curating data-driven insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Reputation for conducing quality research within time or resource constraints.
  • A demonstrated track record of working effectively in a collaborative organization.
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects and manage project timelines.
  • Flexibility; seamlessly transitioning between individual contributions and leading collaborative teams towards common goals.
  • Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to leadership, clients, and potential partners.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics, and SalesForce.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, etc.).
  • MBA preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to "move or traverse"

  • Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
