Job summary

Valley National Bank is seeking an experienced Syndications Executive to lead the strategy, structuring and execution of club and syndicated transactions. You will drive relationships with institutional investors and financial partners, analyze market trends, and coordinate due diligence and closing activities with relevant teams.

The role also requires preparing presentations for senior management and clients on opportunities, results, and market themes, while delivering ongoing market

• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.
