Compassinterventioncenter is seeking a qualified individual to oversee risk management programs, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related fields and at least two years of Risk Management experience.
Key responsibilities include managing incident reporting, analyzing risk reports, and fostering risk reduction initiatives. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or other mental health related program. Bachelor Degree required.
Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric inpatient facility and knowledge of high‑risk areas preferred. Two years of Risk Management experience.
Certification: Licensed Nurse or Bachelor degree in Mental Health/Social Work.
Skills: Knowledge of hospital operations, risk identification, assessment, and reduction, claims management; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, kneel, sit, stand, crouch, reach, grasp, walk, push, pull, lift and move throughout the hospital to accomplish tasks. Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain communication under stressful conditions. Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
