Position Summary:

CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Director of Professional Affairs to strategize and develop medical strategies that will support our Skin Health products and initiatives. This person will partner with key internal teams to provide medical and scientific support and training, and maintain peer engagement with external KOLs and Scientific Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement medical strategies to support the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders: providing training and supporting clinical research teams.
  3. Manage and mentor the educational team.
  4. Ensure accurate and consistent professional communications and competitive intelligence gathering.
  5. KOL Relationship Management: Establish and maintain engagement plans with leading physicians.
  6. Collaborate with R&D to develop and integrate innovative claims and technologies into new product development.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
  2. 15+ years of experience in medical affairs or related fields.
  3. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  4. Strong understanding of clinical trial design and execution.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
  7. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MD, PhD, PharmD

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $204,000.00 - $265,000.00 USD
