PeaceHealth in Bellingham is seeking a full-time Director of Planning, Design & Construction. PeaceHealth is seeking a Director of Planning, Design & Construction for a full‑time, 1.00 FTE, day position. The salary range is $71.02–$106.54. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors including education, training, work experience, collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Responsible for Planning & Design services for inpatient and outpatient capital improvement projects authorized by the hospital. Exercises significant influence in relevant program, project, and policy. Accountable for review and development of policies, coordination with operations and facilities, review and monitoring of design changes and assurance of design consistency and the highest standards of quality. In accordance with the architectural design principals, coordinates and manages design user groups during the design phase of major capital projects. The Director must ensure that quality and performance improvement activities meet target conditions. The Director is responsible for adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards, and being continuously ready for any survey on those regulations or standards.
