Our Digital Human Health (DHH) team is transforming how we engage with and support patients throughout their healthcare journey. Reporting to the Executive Director, Digital Patient Experience, the Director, Patient Intelligence Lead is a pivotal new role dedicated to building our predictive patient analytics capabilities. This leader will drive the creation of modular, scalable analytics products that provide insights into patient behaviors and challenges throughout the patient journey to empower our patient support organization and brand teams to improve patient outcomes across our portfolio.
