We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML and data leader to evolve a data platform organization to support AI/ML innovation. As an AI/ML leader in the Adobe Experience Platform, you will instill intelligence in the data lakehouse, data modeling, and compute core platform capabilities to enable innovation in the application layer for digital marketing tools. All AI innovation must operate within a governed and responsible trust framework, and you will help evolve that framework to support increasing AI use cases.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $193,900 – $373,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter can share the specific salary range for the job location during hiring.
For non-sales roles, salaries are base salary with potential annual incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards. See state-specific notices and EEO statements below.
