We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML and data leader to lead the evolution of a data platform organization into a world where the AI/ML innovation needs to be supported and to influence/fuel the capabilities within the data platform itself. As an AI/ML leader in the Adobe Experience Platform you will be responsible for instilling the intelligence needed in the data lakehouse, data modeling and compute core platform capabilities to enable innovation in the application layers around simplifying and automating interaction with and management of the digital marketing tools to help our customers to easy work towards accomplishing their business goals. All this innovation in the AI space must happen within a well defined trust framework which will ensure that AI-driven decisions are happening in a governed and responsible manner, thus the expectation is for you to both align with these constraints and to help evolving the trust framework to support the ever-increasing needs around supporting the AI use-cases.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $206,400 -- $384,675 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $265,700 - $384,675. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of a sales commission plan. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
