The Hughes Center is located on 60 acres in Danville, VA (South Central Virginia). Our residential treatment provides a locked and secured modern 96-bed facility in a comfortable, family-friendly environment.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. This position is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR related activities.
