Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 therapy for autistic children. Schedule is flexible, with weekday afternoons and evenings and optional weekend sessions.

You’ll use play-based DIRFloortime, build trusting relationships, collect light session data on a phone or tablet, and receive ongoing guidance from credentialed supervisors. Reliable transportation and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., floor play).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
