Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX seeks an experienced healthcare leader to plan, organize, direct and supervise department programs, management teams and staff. The role focuses on service excellence, personnel management and optimal resource allocation in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating hospital-wide compliance with state and federal regulations, leading special projects as needed, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience of at least five (5) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a comparable position, with at least five (5) years of leadership positions in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills (Microsoft Office), as well as ability to utilize various work performance related computer programs. Demonstrate the ability to problem solve effectively and use critical thinking skills. Must have excellent management skills with ability to engage team members and management.

Under the direction of an assigned Management Council Member, this position is responsible to plan, organize, direct and supervise department programs, management team and staff. Ensure service excellence development, appropriate personnel management, and applicable resource allocation and control. Assume direction of participation in special projects as needed. Coordinate hospital-wide compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Equivalent experience of at least five (5) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in comparable position, with at least five (5) years of leadership positions in healthcare. Acute hospital experience strongly preferred. Management experience in a diverse health system preferred.
