Ernst and Young in NYC seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations of a dining account and lead a team of associates. You will manage client relations and ensure high-quality food offerings.

Essential duties include budgeting, menu collaboration with the Chef, and implementing culinary programs. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in foodservice, strong leadership, and budget-management experience within a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Experience managing a budget is preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company.

Job Summary:

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
