Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Loves Park, IL to lead daily operations for a dining account and manage a team of associates. You will supervise client relations and ensure the food quality meets top standards. The role includes P&L oversight and developing new culinary programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in foodservice operations, a background in high-volume catering, and budget experience. BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred. Numerous benefits are provided.

Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
