Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, including AP-style.
• Experience developing integrated communications and public relations strategies.
• Proven media relations experience.
• Social media strategy and brand storytelling.

As Director of Corporate Communications & Public Relations, you'll lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that strengthen our reputation, amplify our voice and support business growth. Responsibilities

Lead our communications strategy

• Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with business objectives.

Inspire employee engagement

• Create meaningful internal communications that connect employees to our culture, strategy and purpose.

Build and protect our reputation

• Lead public relations efforts that enhance brand awareness and strengthen our reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, community partners and key stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during issues management and crisis communications.

Champion our brand

• Collaborate across business teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented.
• Maintain brand across led channels and communications.
• Leverage social media and digital channels to extend our reach and engage our audiences.

• Develop and inspire a team of communications professionals.
