Job summary

Coastal Harbor Health System in Savannah, GA seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead pediatric and adolescent programs, oversee inpatient and residential care, and drive program development and quality of care.

This executive will have full responsibility for fiscal and staff management, program services for the acute and adolescent units, and school integrations, with a competitive compensation package and clear career growth within Universal Health Services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a behavioral or social science field.
• 5 years of progressively increasing supervisory experience in the treatment of troubled adolescents preferred.
• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.

• Oversee fiscal and staff management for acute, child/adolescent and residential services, including school.

The Director of Clinical Services is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and directing the programs and activities of patient care. The position has full responsibility for fiscal and staff management and program services for the acute, child and adolescent services, and residential treatment inclusive of school.
