Leland is seeking an experienced management consulting coach to guide professionals and aspiring consultants as they break into and grow within the industry. You will deliver case interview prep, frameworks, and behavioral prep, while helping clients develop AI fluency and strategic AI plans.

Coaches set their hours, rates, and host sessions virtually, partnering with our team to provide a high-quality, supportive experience.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have hands-on management consulting experience.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience is valued.
• Clear, structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and career.

Responsibilities

• Provide case interview prep, case math, frameworks, presentations, and behavioral interview prep.
• Help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy and plans development, AI deck building, and AI automation to work smarter.
• Assist clients with job search strategies, resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, networking strategy, promotion strategy, and salary negotiation.
