SWD Inc. in Addison, Illinois is seeking a full-time entry-level Dip Spin Machine Operator for a 3rd shift (11pm–7am). This role requires the ability to work Monday through Saturday in a fast-paced production setting.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with evaluations and potential raises at 60 days, 6 months, and 12 months, then annually. Benefits include weekly pay and a comprehensive package designed to support growth.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred or required
• Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred
• Regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds
• Weekend availability required
• Basic reading/writing in English and basic math
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist foreman with delegated duties
• Load jobs into barrels and machine lines as required
• Assist in loading/unloading metal parts into machinery lines
• Operate and inspect machinery lines for quality
• Track status of jobs and perform quality tests on parts/paints
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting line problems
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Operate forklift following safety rules
• Review Shop Orders and workflows
