Responsibilities include loading parts, setting up dip programs, verifying process integrity, and maintaining clean work areas. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dip robots and complete hand-dipping tasks when needed.
• Load and unload parts for the automated dipping process according to traveler documents and process instructions.
• Set programs using production software and confirm equipment is prepared for each run.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify the correct dip process before production begins.
• Prepare slurry, complete start-of-shift checks, and perform equipment setup tasks.
• Clean spiders as needed during production.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.
