Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Dip Operator in Wickliffe, OH to execute the dip process, operate dip tanks and dryers, move parts through the line, and complete required paperwork to ensure quality and traceability.

You will follow written procedures, load ceramic cores, test tanks, maintain accurate records, and meet productivity and yield standards while adhering to safety policies. Teamwork and clear communication are essential, with opportunities for skill development on the shop

• Other duties as assigned by supervision

Job description

The Dip Operator is responsible for the execution of the entirety of the dip process. This includes dip tank and dryer operation, part movement/staging and completion of required paperwork.

Essential Functions:

• Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Dip Machines.
• Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc)
• Test dip tanks to procedure standards
• Load ceramics cores into racks
• Safely operator belt dryer
• Move product throughout the plant per router
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Meet department productivity and yield standards
• Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision
