As a Dip Mold Operator, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet our high standards. What You'll Do
  • Safely operate dip molding equipment and related production machinery.
  • Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Load and unload finished products.
  • Monitor equipment and the production process to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
  • Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality.
  • Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming material.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain production, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance to address production concerns.
  • Participate in training and learn new processes and equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to operate equipment and handle materials.
  • Bend, reach, stoop, and maneuver around equipment.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
  • Perform repetitive movements associated with production.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

This position works in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to machinery, noise, temperature variations, and manufacturing materials. Required PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
