The hourly rate ranges from $27.50 to $28.00, based on experience and location.

Ideal Candidate: Has 2 years experience as a line cook in an upscale restaurant, can work a varied schedule, has experience working all stations on the line, and possesses a passion for culinary arts. Experience in fine dining, banquets, and hotel restaurants is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
• Follow designated recipes and quality standards in food preparation.
• Prepare guest orders efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards at all times.
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appetizing.
• Practice proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations.
