Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Dining Supervisor for the Apostolic Christian Village in Rittman, OH. The role is full-time and involves overseeing front end operations, ensuring service quality, and managing daily procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
