The Dining Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach support staff to ensure consistent service excellence and operational standards.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple food stations, including deli, pizza, and grill, ensuring quality, efficiency, and presentation.
• Work hands‑on alongside team members, assisting with food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.
• Manage POS transactions, cash drawers, and related office and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain café cleanliness and ensure full compliance with company safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
• Serve as a welcoming, guest‑facing presence—engaging daily with customers and providing friendly, professional, and solution‑oriented service.
• Support a positive team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of culinary experience or experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food service or hospitality.
