Qualifikationen

• Must be able to deal tactfully with others.

Aufgaben

• Cleans and sanitizes trash containers according to guidelines.
• Sweeps, mops and hoses kitchen areas regularly or as needed.
• Collects and disposes of used kitchen grease following procedures.
• Performs detailed cleaning of facilities, appliances and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Supports other kitchen functions including receiving, storage, prep, dish machine, and meal service.
