Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and order of Dining Services per standards.
• Collect and dispose of recycling, compostables and trash outside the facility.
• Clean and sanitize trash containers according to guidelines.
• Sweep, mop and hose kitchen areas as needed.
• Handle used kitchen grease per procedures.
• Support other kitchen functions including receiving, storage, prep, dish machine and meal service.
